Salute to the Arts: Sonoma, CA
On August 3rd through 5th, the picturesque Sonoma Plaza became the home for this annual extravaganza.
Founded in 1986 to showcase the food, wine and art of Sonoma, Salute to the Arts raises funding for Sonoma Valley non-profit arts and cultural organizations, and funds scholarships for graduating seniors.
One of the nearest and dearest tasting events for Artisan Foie Gras, the Salute wouldn’t be the same without our famous terrine of exquisite foie gras. Junny set up her booth in one of the “secret spaces” at the kick-off party on Friday night, serving our terrine spread over the best local breads from Artisan Bakery.
