Gastronomy by the Bay: San Francisco, CA

Words cannot describe how wonderful it was to be a part of the First Annual Gastronomy by the Bay® Festival this past Labor Day weekend, September 2nd, at the Ferry Building in San Francisco. This event is a unique international summit, organized for top professionals, and focuses on business opportunities in gastronomy. Top food professionals from around the world, decision makers, investors and financial experts in the food and hospitality industry, met to discuss and discover new trends in the business.

 

We contributed our Artisan foie gras to the Gala Dinner, benefiting Meals on Wheels, San Francisco Chapter. Even with such dishes as Artichoke and Black Truffle Soup and Red Wine Braised Short Rib with Chanterelle Mushroom Escabeche, our Seared Artisan Foie Gras with Tsar Nicoulai Caviar, Green Apple and Reinette Apple Juice reduction, stood out as exceptional!
