6th annual Taste of COPIA - Sonoma County Walk-Around
On Saturday, January 12, 2008, in between the torrential downpours in Northern California, we spent a lovely few hours with the fine people of COPIA. Junny’s Terrine of Foie Gras was paired perfectly with many of the 40-50 wines sampled at the event. “There were many first time terrine tasters and I enjoyed watching how they loved the taste of my terrine” said Junny Gonzalez. COPIA, located in the beautiful Wine Country, is a gathering place for vintners, chefs, gardeners, artisans and enthusiasts to explore and celebrate wine, food and the arts.
