pic-4a.jpgOur Sonoma Foie Gras Farm has been producing the best duck products in the U.S. for more than two decades. In 2003, we introduced to the market our premium brand: Artisan. This is Moulard foie gras and meat “à l’ancienne,” meaning we utilize the “old style” methods of production.
Different from any other foie gras made in the U.S. and Canada, the inspiration was to return to a product that represents foie gras the way it is made by the artisans of Southwest France, with a limited, artisanal production, using the traditional diet and evisceration methods.
