In sync with our mission statement, our company, Sonoma - Artisan Foie Gras, has a history of social responsibility, a legacy that guides our organization and our people. Beyond having the highest industry standards, and participating in countless not-for-profit fundraising events for local organizations and charities, we are proud of the “social investments” we have made for communities in El Salvador, the native country of the Gonzalez family.
