Ingredients: Duck meat (skinless and boneless), Duck fat, Salt, Pepper, Bay Leaves
Shelf life: keep frozen (up to 2 years)
Weight: 1 pound container
Description: Shredded duck Confit (drummettes slowly cooked in their own fat). We like to call the rillettes the “carnitas” of duck!
Notes: Fully cooked. Serve room temperature as a spread (Excellent alternative to your standard pâté).
