Shelf Life: up to 7 days in refrigeration or freeze up to 1 year
Weight: 0.8 to 1.5 lbs per lobe
Packaging: 1 foie gras in vacuum pouch (3 lobes per case)
Notes: Refrigerate at 30 - 32˚F for optimum storage.
Description: Smaller and softer density throughout; may have some blemishes. Mostly used in pâtés, but sometimes used for sauteeing.
