Confit (Heating Instructions)
To prepare pre-cooked Confit of Legs for a mouth watering, easy and quick meal, these tips will make you the most popular cook around.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Remove the legs from the pack and set aside.
Prepare Herbs de Provence mixture from either dried or fresh herbs (Suggested: garlic, rosemary, oregano, thyme, sage, etc…)
Rub herb mixture on confit
Place legs skin side up in preheated oven in oven safe dish
Cook for 20 minutes
Turn oven to broil for the last 5-10 minutes to allow skin to crisp.
Confit is best served with potatoes. Bon Apetit!
